We always enjoy visiting with our delightful and adoptable friend Rory. We love her wonderful purrsonality, as well as her bright eyes, wonderful spots, and extra toesies!

 

Rory, who is about three years old, can be a little bit shy with new people, but get to know her and you'll see that she is a clever and playful sweetheart! We know that she'll positively blossom in a quiet forever loving home. We hope it finds her real soon. Rory is spayed, current on her on vaccinations, and ready to find her new best friend. (Almost) Wordless Chubby

If you're looking for a big midweek serving of sweet and handsome, then look no further. You've found our adoptable pal Chubby!

This adorable and super friendly dude was found wandering the streets, but was so nice that it was clear he had been dumped. It didn't take him long to be adopted once he was rescued. That was about one year ago. In a sad turn of events, Chubby's human has become quite ill and can no longer care for him, so he's back at PAWS and waiting for a new forever home. Chubby is about 9 years old, neutered, and current on his vaccinations. With his happy-go-lucky personality, he will be the purrfect addition to almost any family. Selfies by Frannie

As you can see from her selfies, our friend Frannie is a straight up stunner. She's also got a sweet and loving personality, and she will be the purrfect best friend for whoever is lucky enough to adopt her.

A good Samaritan rescued Frannie after she was hit by a car. That kind person took her to a local veterinarian, who provided the medical care she needed. Sadly, that included the removal of one of Frannie's rear legs. But don't despair! Frannie wants everyone to know that she's okay, and gets around perfectly fine on three legs. She also happens to love just about everyone she meets -- people, other kitties, and even nice dogs (her foster home had a gentle older dog she adored). Frannie is about two years old, spayed, current on her vaccinations, and ready to find her happily ever after. Could it be with you?

(Almost) Wordless Jumbotron

You're probably wondering how our handsome buddy Jumbotron got his name. According to his intake information, this sweet fella's moniker has something to do with him having been abandoned at a motel. (We suppose it's better than "Free WiFi" or "In Room Coffee.") Anyway ... is Jumbo adorable or what?

 

We're so glad gentle Jumbo found his way to PAWS. He was really skinny and dirty when he was found at the aformentioned motel, but what a huge difference love, food, and care make. As you can see, he's put on some much-needed weight and been bathed (so handsome!). This polydactyl dude is about three years old, neutered, current on his vaccinations, and ready to find his forever family. Snuggly Jumbo loves people and gets along with other nice kitties, so come meet him today! 

 

Selfies by Ziggy!

Check out our adorable and adoptable pal Ziggy! He's such a delightful dude, and we really enjoyed hanging out with him this weekend. We're pretty sure he had fun, too. 💖

 

Ziggy's story is much like those of our own Target and Angel Sammy. He just showed up one day in a managed cat colony, and it was immediately clear that he was not a feral kitty. We don't know how he ended up outside, but we're thankful he's now safe and loved at PAWS until he can find his happily ever after. This two-year-old is super sweet, playful, and enjoys the company of cats and humans. Ziggy is neutered, current on his vaccinations, and ready to find his new best friend. Could it be you?

(Almost) Wordless Nori

We don't know how our tabby friend Nori got her name (since she most definitely doesn't bear any resemblance to the seaweed wrap on some kinds of sushi), but we DO know this little ladycat is sweet, beautiful, and adoptable.

According to her intake information, a good Samaritan rescued Nori after finding her living in a car. She was a little shy when she first came to PAWS, but she has really come out of her shell. This calm and gentle sweetheart, who is about 9 months old, loves hanging out with her human pals who give her lots of love and attention. Nori also happens to get along with other nice kitties! She's spayed, current on her vaccinations, and ready to find her forever loving home. Come meet Nori today, and fall in love!

 

Selfies by Phillipe

Look who raised his paw when we asked for volunteers for this week's selfie. It's our super gentle and friendly pal Phillipe! As you can see, he's a really good model.

Phillipe, who is about two years old,  was found wandering on the streets and fending for himself. Anyone who's ever met this sweet dude knows he must have been someone's pet at one time because he positively adores humans. Life on the streets was tough for Phillipe, and when he first came to PAWS, he had bad flea dermatitis, was very thin, and had tested positive for FIV*. With love and good medical attention, his dermatitis is gone and he is putting on some good weight. He's such a good boy, and he will be a great best friend for some lucky adopter. Phillipe is neutered and current on his vaccinations. Come meet him today, and fall in love!

 

* According to Best Friends Animal Society, "FIV-positive cats can live normal lives, both in quality and duration. They just need to be monitored for infections and dental issues. But if they’re well cared for, they can be healthy, happy, wonderful pets."
