Look who volunteered to pose for this week's selfie. It's our super adorable and adoptable pal Loki!💖

 

 This sweet girl was one of several kittens found at the barn where one of the PAWS veterinary technicians works. This petite housepanther, who is about 10 months old, is loving, playful and snuggly.

 

 

 

Loki gets along well with the other friendly cats in her open room and loves people, so we know she would be a great addition to almost any family.

 

Microchipped, vaccinated, and spayed, Loki is ready to find her forever loving home. Could this sweet girl be your new best friend?

You're in for a real treat today, because look who volunteered for today's selfie. It's none other than our gentle, cuddly, and adoptable buddy Thomas. 💖

 

This 3 1/2 year old mancat came to PAWS after he just showed up one day in a managed feral cat colony. It didn't take long for the caretakers to see that Thomas is NOT feral, and is in fact one of the sweetest and people-loving-est kitties ever. His amazing purrsonality has already made him a favorite among the staff and volunteers (including us, of course). Thomas is neutered, microchipped, current on his vaccinations, and ready to find his forever loving home. Could that be with you?

1½-year-old Lucien is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on all his vaccinations. While he prefers to be a one and only kitty, he absolutely loves pets, snuggles, and spending time with his human friends. He didn't actually meow a lot while we were hanging out with him, but he DID give us lots of headbonks and snuggles!

As you can see from her photos, our super adoptable friend Mrs. Lovey Howell is the very definition of CUTE. Just look at her big, round eyes. That spot on her chest. And that nose! 💖

Selfies by Joe Hill

Joe Hill may be a little shy at first, but give him a chance, and you’ll see just how sweet he really is.

This handsome two-year-old grey tabby came to PAWS after being rescued with 25 other cats from a likely backyard breeding situation. Understandably cautious at first, Joe is already learning that he’s safe and loved. If you sit quietly in his open room, he’ll make his way over in his curious and gentle way, ready for some love and attention (chin scritches are his favorite).

Joe is neutered, microchipped, and up to date on his vaccinations. He does well with other nice cats and would thrive in a calm, patient home. Sometimes the quiet ones have the most to give. Come meet Joe Hill today, and fall in love.

Like our very own beloved Target, Joe Hill has tested positive for FIV, but it's important to remember this does not mean he can't live a long and happy life. According to Best Friends Animal Society, "FIV-positive cats can live normal lives, both in quality and duration. They just need to be monitored for infections and dental issues. But if they’re well cared for, they can be healthy, happy, wonderful pets." FIV cannot be passed to other cats through casual contact, or by sharing food, water, or a litter box. Nor can it be passed to people or other pet species.

(Almost) Wordless Second Hand News

This sweet and adoptable little cutie is named Second Hand News. 

 

We're told this six-month-old kitten was named after a song from Fleetwood Mac's "Rumours" album. We have our fingers and paws crossed, though, that he soon finds a forever loving home where he'll always be lead story! You can read Second Hand News' PAWS bio here.
