One year-old Azalea came to PAWS from a home where there were way too many cats. That's probably why she can be a little shy with new people. But we can also vouch for the fact that she warms up quickly once she gets to know you. It's like she's still learning that she is deserving of all the love and attention she's receiving, and we know she'll absolutely blossom in a forever loving home. She gets along with other nice kitties, and is spayed, current on her vaccinations, and ready to find her happily ever after. Come meet her Azalea today, and fall in love!

Look who raised his paw when we asked for volunteers for this week's selfie. It's friendly and handsome Avi!

 

 

 Avi was in rough shape when he first arrived at PAWS. He was very overweight, his fur was matted, and he had sores on his belly. Poor dude. But we're happy to report Avi is doing super well -- his belly sores have been treated and healed, he's losing weight, and his plush coat is starting to grow back, mat-free! Avi is about 8 years-old, neutered, and current on his vaccinations. He loves people, gets along with other nice cats, and is waiting to be discovered by his forever family. We sure hope it finds this amazing boy soon.

(Almost) Wordless Applesauce

Take a look at our friendly and adoptable buddy Applesauce. As you can see, he's very handsome.

Even though this very sweet 8 month-old was found abandoned, he has maintained his love of people and other nice kitties. He's doing really well at PAWS, and is definitely enjoying all the love and attention he's receiving from the volunteers and staff. This super friendly young ladycat came to PAWS after she was found as a pregnant stray. Priscilla gave birth to four adorable kittens, with whom she did a wonderful job. Now she's ready to find a forever home where she can be someone's precious baby. She gets along with other nice cats and loves her human pals. Timberlake is a sweet and loving boy who came to PAWS from a house that had way too many cats. As you might imagine, having come from that situation, he gets along quite well with other nice kitties. Timberlake also loves humans of all ages, especially if they're doling out chin scritches and lot of petting. (Almost) Wordless Sisters

Today's post features beautiful, sweet, and adoptable sisters Lucky (the purrfectly pretty panther) and Mochi (the totally terrific tabby). 

 

This is Lucky and Mochi's second time at PAWS. These wonderful sisters were originally adopted as young kittens, but recently returned when someone in their family developed severe allergies. As upsetting as that is, Lucky and Mochi are relishing in the love and care they're receiving while they wait here to find their new happily ever after. They are about 3 1/2 years old, spayed, and current on their vaccinations. We have our fingers and paws crossed that they can be adopted together. Come meet Lucky and Mochi today, and fall in love!

When we asked for volunteers for this week's selfie, look who raised his paw. It was our sweet, gentle, and handsome buddy Pauley!

One year old Pauley is a very good boy who was found as a friendly stray. He is so comfortable around humans that we're certain he had a family at one time. Pauley did well in his foster home, and is settling in well here at PAWS. He enjoys love and attention from his human buddies, and gets along well with the other nice cats in his (cageless) room. (Almost) Wordless Miley

This here is our fabulous and adoptable friend Miley. Isn't she beautiful?

This amazing ladycat recently returned to PAWS after spending four years in a foster home. While we're sad to see her back at the shelter, we have our paws crossed that she will now find her true forever home. 13 1/2 year-old Miley is what you could call "sweet and spicy," and will do well in a quiet home without children or other cats. In fact, when we asked her, Miley told us that all she needs is, "a home with nice window to look out of and a friend who loves me but gives me space when I need it." It sounds pretty reasonable to us! Miley is spayed, current on her vaccinations, and ready to find her happily ever after. We sure hope she finds it soon.

We always enjoy visiting with our delightful and adoptable friend Rory. We love her wonderful purrsonality, as well as her bright eyes, wonderful spots, and extra toesies!

 

Rory, who is about three years old, can be a little bit shy with new people, but get to know her and you'll see that she is a clever and playful sweetheart! (Almost) Wordless Chubby

If you're looking for a big midweek serving of sweet and handsome, then look no further. You've found our adoptable pal Chubby!

This adorable and super friendly dude was found wandering the streets, but was so nice that it was clear he had been dumped. It didn't take him long to be adopted once he was rescued. That was about one year ago. In a sad turn of events, Chubby's human has become quite ill and can no longer care for him, so he's back at PAWS and waiting for a new forever home. Chubby is about 9 years old, neutered, and current on his vaccinations. With his happy-go-lucky personality, he will be the purrfect addition to almost any family.
