(Almost) Wordless Miley

This here is our fabulous and adoptable friend Miley. Isn't she beautiful?

This amazing ladycat recently returned to PAWS after spending four years in a foster home. While we're sad to see her back at the shelter, we have our paws crossed that she will now find her true forever home. 13 1/2 year-old Miley is what you could call "sweet and spicy," and will do well in a quiet home without children or other cats. In fact, when we asked her, Miley told us that all she needs is, "a home with nice window to look out of and a friend who loves me but gives me space when I need it." It sounds pretty reasonable to us! Miley is spayed, current on her vaccinations, and ready to find her happily ever after. We sure hope she finds it soon.

Dearest Kevin,
Miley lived through a lot in her life so far and she certainly needs her final retirement place to enjoy some human care!
Hugs,

Miley is beautiful. I wish I could adopt her, but I don't think she would like all the noise around here with cats and when kids visit. XO

Well, you know my mom and dad are suckers for seniors. I know what dad was thinking as soon as we saw Miley's selfie. Sorry Miley, but my space is, well, mine.

Is it possible to foster Miley and would she be okay with a small dog who is usually very calm? (The dog lived with a cat for four years and there was never an issue.) Thank you for the information!

Hi there! Thanks for reaching out. Miley really is a good cat; she just needs a place where she can have her quiet time and space when she needs it. I don't personally know the answer to your question, but I know who will! The best thing to do is to reach out to the PAWS Cat Adoption Coordinator (cats@pawsct.org / 203.750.9572 ext.102), who should be able to give you an answer. We hope it works out for you and Miley. Thank you again! - meowmeowmans :)
