(Almost) Wordless Wednesday - Griffith and Camden

Ragdoll sisters Griffith and Camden ended up at PAWS when their owner moved. Even though they're new here, it's already crystal clear to all of us that these gorgeous ladycats are friendly, sweet and gentle.

 Camden and Griffith are 8 years old, and MUST be adopted together. They were badly matted when they arrived at the shelter, so both recently got a much-needed grooming that included a "lion cut." Don't they look fantastic? Both love to be petted and brushed, and enjoy hanging out with their human pals. They are spayed, micro-chipped, current on their vaccinations and negative for FIV and FeLV. Griffith and Camden are so ready to find their new happily ever after. Is it with you?

Easy Like Sunday Selfie - Camille

Even though we are just getting to know our new friend Camille, we can already see she is a real sweetheart. She's a little shy, but friendly and gentle. And as you can see from these snaps, she's also pretty good at taking selfies of the "Easy Like Sunday" variety. 😺

Camille is just about 8 months old. She's spayed, micro-chipped, current on her vaccinations, and negative for FIV and FeLV. She loves being pet and likes to play. And just look at that sweet face and pretty coat. What's not to love? Come meet Camille today!

(Almost) Wordless Sisters - Cleo and Nina

Found as strays, sweet and adorable sisters Cleo and Nina are still a little shy around humans. But they're quickly learning that the ones at PAWS are sources of love, food and play sessions (which they live for!).

These cuties are gaining confidence every day, and we know they will positively blossom once they are in a forever home. Cleo are Nina are about 8 months old, and MUST be adopted together. They are spayed, micro-chipped, current on their vaccinations and negative for FIV and FeLV.  We hope they find their happily ever after real soon!

Sunday Selfies with Pukka

Meet our new and adorable new friend, Pukka. As you can see from her amazing selfies, this beautiful housepanther is pretty skilled at posing for the camera!

Pukka, who is about 5 1/2 years old, was found as a (super friendly) stray. We sure are glad she's safe and loved at the shelter now, instead of wandering around outside. You may be wondering about her unusually shaped ears, which got that way as the result of untreated infections. Thankfully, she's been taken care of at PAWS, and is all better now. Pukka is sweet as can be, gets along with other nice cats, and loves people. She's spayed, micro-chipped, current on her vaccinations and negative for FIV and FeLV. They say there's no place like home for the holidays. We have our paws and fingers crossed for Pukka to find hers real soon.

(Almost) Wordless Wednesday - Byrd

Our handsome pal Byrd is a young and energetic fellow. Sure, he'll hang out and chill with you when the mood strikes, but most of the time he just wants to play. And then play some more. Oh, and in case you're wondering ...  Byrd's not extremely picky about his toys, but does seem to have a fondness for mouse and laser toys. 😸

Byrd is about one year old, so he's still got a ton of kitten energy. He can get a little carried away, so he'd probably do best in a home without small children. He's neutered, micro-chipped, current on his vaccinations and negative for FIV and FeLV. If you're looking for an infusion of love and fun in your life, this is the mancat for you. Easy Like Sunday Selfie - Snickers

Our new friend Snickers isn't just another pretty face (and some beautiful furs). She also happens to have a super sweet and gentle personality that would make her a wonderful best friend for whoever is lucky enough to adopt her. How's this for a selfie?

And as you can see from this snap, Snickers is also pretty adept at doing the "Easy Like Sunday Morning" thing...

Two year-old Snickers is spayed, micro-chipped, current on her vaccinations, and negative for FIV and FeLV. She loves being pet, and spending time with her human friends at PAWS. She is really, really friendly, and ready to find her forever home. Won't you please give this wonderful kitty the chance she needs?

We have so much for which to be grateful. We are thankful for the special people who adopt shelter animals and/or take in homeless pets, for those who help animals in need, donate time and resources, serve as fosters, care for feral cats, and/or participate in trap-neuter-return programs.
