Liam is a very good boy whose favorite things are food, attention from his human friends,
and playtime -- in that order. Before he came to PAWS, Liam was outside fending for himself, which could help explain why he is a bit food assertive. We can understand being anxious if you don't know when you're going to eat again! Now that he's in a place where there is always food to eat, we're hoping his worries will be assuaged. Liam, who is about 1 1/2 years old, does well with other nice kitties, and is neutered and current on his vaccinations. He's ready to find love. Is it with you?
Liam has tested positive for FIV, but it's important to remember this
does not mean he can't live a long and happy life. According to
Best Friends Animal Society, "FIV-positive cats can live normal lives,
both in quality and
duration. They just need to be monitored for infections and dental
issues. But if they’re well cared for, they can be healthy, happy,
wonderful pets."

Nature throws some bad luck, but Liam has dazzling looks and the prospect of a full and healthy life ahead of him, despite the FIV test result. Hopefully, people see beyond that to the life within thats there to be cherished and loved.
