Anyone who visits PAWS Cat Room 5 is sure to be welcomed by our beautiful and adoptable friend Sylvia. She adores people, and has quickly become the official greeter in this open (cageless) room! One thing about cats who run to greet you is that it can be a real challenge to get them to sit still for a proper portrait. Imagine our surprise when Sylvia volunteered for this week's selfie! We think you'll agree she did an amazing job.
Sylvia, who is about 5 years old, came to PAWS after her human passed away. This sweet and playful girl has adjusted pretty well to being at the shelter, but she is definitely ready to find her new forever home. While she tolerates other nice cats, Sylvia would probably be happiest as an only kitty. She is spayed, current on her vaccinations, and negative for FIV and FeLV. Come meet Sylvia today, and fall in love!
