Rascal's Sunday Selfies

Straight up, undeniably handsome. As you can see from his selfies, our pal Rascal is definitely all that and a bag of catnip. But this is one guy who doesn't let his looks go to his head. He also happens to be friendly, gentle and outgoing.😸

Rascal is about 9 years old, and came to PAWS when his owner had to enter a nursing home that doesn't allow pets. It's a sad situation, but we are glad Rascal is here, where he is being loved and cared for among friends. He is neutered, microchipped, current on his vaccinations and negative for FIV and FeLV.  Rascal loves people, being pet and brushed, and just plain hanging out. He seems open to being friends with other nice cats, but would also be great as an only kitty. Rascal is waiting patiently to be discovered by his new BFF. IS it you?

We're taking part in the Sunday Selfies Blog Hop (hosted by our awesome buddies at the Cat on My Head). Be sure to check out their blog to see who else is hopping along!

Rascal is very handsome. I always find it particularly sad when an owner has to give up a much loved companion because they can't take them into a nursing home.

We hope someone comes to scoop up Rascal very quickly to make him their BFF. I suspect that he wouldn't have problems charming whoever is the lucky one to take him home with them. xx

Oh my, Rascal is quite the stunner! I'm so sad that his mom had to go to a home that doesn't allow cats. That only makes the transition harder for both of them. I hope Rascal gets a new forever home. ♥

What a super handsome boy he is!!! I hate that people have to let their cats go when they come to nursing home. I understand the practical reasons - but I don't like that people who need their pets the most have to give them up. That doesn't seem to benefit anyone.
