Final Sunday Selfies for 2018

With 2018 just about in the record books, we asked the adorable and adoptable PAWS cats who wanted to take one last selfie before we ring in the new year. Lo and behold, we had a handful of volunteers, including

Handsome David, the formerly super shy mancat who now loves having his belly rubbed.

Shy but playful (and stunning) Cindy Lou Hoo.

Friendly and beautiful (you should see her striking markings in person) Princess.

And still shy, but curious and playful sisters, Pawline and Pawlette.

Santa, is that you? / Turquoise's Selfies

In this first photo, our gentle and beautiful new friend, Turquoise, seems to be asking, "Santa, is that you? Can you please bring me a forever home soon?"

Turquoise is about 5 years old. She loves being pet and brushed, and hanging out with her human friends. She's spayed, microchipped, current on her vaccinations and negative for FIV and FeLV. From her Christmas wish, you can tell she's ready to find her happily ever after. Is it with you?

(Almost) Wordless - Nellie in a Tree

Take a gander at our new friend, Nellie, enjoying some time in the PAWS Room 3 cat tree. What a cutie pie!

One year-old Nellie wound up at PAWS after being found as a stray. She's spayed, microchipped, current on her vaccinations and negative for FIV and FeLV. She's playful and likes people, but will let you know when she wants some time to herself. From what we have seen so far, Nellie does not care for other animals. As a result, she needs a home where she can be the only pet. Looking for an awesome, one and only BFF? Come meet Nellie today!

Check out our new pal Nala. This gorgeous housepanther is outgoing, friendly and super adoptable.

Nala is only about one year old. She likes being pet, playing and hanging out with her peeps. One thing she does not seem to enjoy is other kitties, so she would do best in a home where she can be some lucky human's one and only BFF. (Almost) Wordless Wednesday - Leona

This is our beautiful friend, Leona. She first came to the shelter with teeny, tiny babies, who have all been adopted. Now all that's needed for a true fairy tale ending is for Leona to find HER forever home.

Leona is friendly, outgoing and sweet.

She loves hanging out with her human friends, being pet, and playing.

Look who raised her paw when we asked for volunteers to take some Sunday Selfies. It's our beautiful, gentle and all-around awesome friend, Camilla!

Camilla, who came to PAWS as a stray, is only about one year old. She's friendly and outgoing, and loves spending time with her human buddies. She also enjoys being pet and brushed. Camilla is spayed, micro-chipped, current on her vaccinations and negative for FIV and FeLV. She gets long fine with other nice kitties, but would also be fine as a one and only cat. Camilla is so ready to find her home for the holidays (and forever). Come meet her today!

Wordless Wednesday - Precious

Rascal's Sunday Selfies

Straight up, undeniably handsome. As you can see from his selfies, our pal Rascal is definitely all that and a bag of catnip. But this is one guy who doesn't let his looks go to his head. He also happens to be friendly, gentle and outgoing.😸

Rascal is about 9 years old, and came to PAWS when his owner had to enter a nursing home that doesn't allow pets. It's a sad situation, but we are glad Rascal is here, where he is being loved and cared for among friends. He is neutered, microchipped, current on his vaccinations and negative for FIV and FeLV.  Rascal loves people, being pet and brushed, and just plain hanging out. He seems open to being friends with other nice cats, but would also be great as an only kitty. Rascal is waiting patiently to be discovered by his new BFF. IS it you?
