Floofy Friday - Pumpkin :)

Here's our pretty friend, Pumpkin, wishing everyone a happy, floofy Friday!

Although Pumpkin is a very nice kitty, she tends to be timid around people she does not know. As you might guess, this reduces her chances for adoption, since she does not "show well" with potential new best friends. Those of us who do know her, though, see what lies underneath all of that beautiful, orange floof -- a sweet-natured girl who loves being talked to, brushed and pet. She just needs some lucky human to give her a chance! Pumpkin would do best in a home without children or other pets. She's about 10 years old, spayed, micro-chipped, and up to date on all her vaccinations, and has tested negative for FIV and FeLV. Won't you please give Pumpkin the chance she deserves?

Pumpkin looks very sweet! I hate that the shy ones so often get overlooked - they are like hidden gems!

She's a beautiful cat. Pumpkin would probably show much better if she were in a room by herself. She likes people, but doesn't like other cats at all. Lovely photographs!

She's stunning! I always fall for the seemingly quiet and shy ones, they all suckered me in that way. I'm keeping my fingers (and the boys their paws) crossed that someone will fall in love with her. I would think she'd be perfect for someone retired or at home who just wants one pet. That could be me after *I* retire! :-)

She is so beautiful. We are very partial to the gingers in THIS house. PS: We have never understood why hoomins expect felines to be outgoing and friendly. How can they want to live with a cat and understand them so little??!

My goodness, Pumpkin, you are gorgeous! I have two timid kitties of my own, but they are also two of the sweetest, most loving furbabies around! All you have to do is let them get to know you! Many purrs to you, Pumpkin!

What a gorgeous girl Pumpkin is! She is really floffy :-)
I have a soft spot for shy kitties, maybe because Niko is a shy kitty and I'm very shy myself, too. I'm sure someone will fall in love with her and take her home. I hope it'll happen soon!

PepiSmartDog: what a gorgeous girl Pumpkin is.
She's a rare gem, being a female ginger cat. Know what you mean by doesn't 'show' well - one of my cats hates the camera and glares at it. But she's actually very beautiful.
Hope the right person comes along and can see what a beauty Pumpkin is.

She is beautiful. I wish I could scoop her up and bring her home, but she may not like all the noise and hustle and bustle in my house with kids and lots of other animals. ~Rascal and Rocco
