Hi everybuddy! It's me, Moosey! So many of you have been purring and praying for me, and asking about how I'm doing, so we thought this would be a great time to give you all an update.
Last weekend, Mom and Dad took me to the v-e-t. The nice technicians weighed me, stole my bloods (!) and took my blood pressure. I was cool, calm and sweet during all of that, but I can tell you I sure was happy we got to come home right afterwards. On Monday, Dr. L. called to say that my test results had came back, and that they were good! The medicine (spironolactone) and the potassium supplement I am taking every day are working to keep my potassium levels where they should be. She said my potassium levels are perfect for now! My blood pressure is (on the high side of) normal, and my kidney levels are staying steady, too. Oh, and I'm also maintaining my weight. :)
With such a positive report, we're all sleeping a little easier these days...

That is great news Moosey and made me and mum very happy.
I had my blood stolen 2 weeks ago because I am losing weight. All my results came back good, but thyroid was on the high side of normal so mum is weighing me every two weeks and if I am still losing I will be tested for thyroid again and take it from there.
