(Almost) Wordless Alexandra

This is our beautiful and adoptable new friend Alexandra. Don't you just love her big, bright eyes, round face, and fabulous whiskers?

 

 

This adorable one-year-old finds herself at PAWS after her good-for-nothing former humans tossed her and her brother outside to fend for themselves. Her brother was caught almost immediately, but poor Alexandra was so scared and skittish that it took rescuers three weeks to trap her. We're thankful she's here now, safe and loved, while she waits to be discovered by her true forever family.

 

Despite all she's been through, Alexandra still loves people. She's not too sure about other cats, though! Alexandra would probably be happiest in a home where she is your one and only kitty. We think our sweet and beautiful friend Bonita looks a lot like the main character in the Oscar-winning movie "Flow" in this photo. Do you see the resemblance?

While she may not actually be the cat in that movie, we can tell you that Bonita is an honest-to-goodness superstar. She's affectionate and gentle, and was this year's runaway winner in the "Best Momma to Seven Adorable Kittens" category. Yes, this tiny little ladycat birthed seven little housepanthers (who like their momma are sweet as pie and waiting to find their happily ever afters)!

 

Bonita, who is about 3 years old, was found alone and very pregnant on a cold and rainy Thanksgiving Day. She went straight into a foster home and gave birth to the septet of perfect little panthers you see above. She is now spayed, current on her vaccinations, and ready to find a forever home where she can be the cherished and adored baby of the family. Come meet Bonita at PAWS today, and fall in love!

Check out our cute and adoptable pal Jasper! He may be a little small for his age, but anyone who's seen him play can tell you he's got a big and mighty purrsonality!

 

Jasper can be a bit cautious with new people, but is very affectionate once he gets to know you. (Almost) Wordless Cashmere

This is our super sweet and beautiful friend Cashmere, who is as soft as gentle as her name.

 

This pretty girl found her way to PAWS after a kind human found her wandering the streets, alone and frightened. We're so happy she's safe and loved now while she waits to be discovered by her lucky forever family. As you might imagine, Cashmere can be a little bit shy with people she does not know. But she warms up quickly, loves being pet and getting scritches, and is a great purrer!
