Patches and Bandit, who are about 5 months old, are soft, sweet, and playful. Although they can be a little shy with new people, they're quickly gaining in confidence! They now enjoy being pet and hanging out with their human friends. The girls are spayed, current on their vaccinations, and ready to be discovered by their forever family. (Almost) Wordless Tank

Our new buddy Tank is such a sweet and gentle guy. Check out these photos we took of him over the weekend. It's like he was just begging us to give him some petting and chin scritches. Of course we were more than happy to oblige! 💖

 

This big sweetheart was rescued from the streets, where from all indications he had been abandoned. It's clear that he's super happy to be inside, and safe, warm, and loved at PAWS. We're glad he's here, too, since that means he'll now get the forever home he truly deserves. He loves people and gets along with other nice kitties. Two year-old Tank is neutered, current on his vaccinations, and ready to find his new best friend. Could it be you?

When we asked the PAWS cats who wanted to volunteer for the first selfie of the new year, look who raised his sweet and handsome paw. It's our lovable friend Mr. Peaches!

 

Yes, this wonderful fella's eyes really are as blue as they look in these photos. And if you're thinking his fur looks nice and plush, you'd be 100% correct! Mr. Peaches also happens to be super snuggly; he settled right in between us without hesitation when we hung out with him and his roomies this weekend. In short, he's just about perfect, which makes it even more appalling to us that he was (literally) abandoned next to a dumpster by his evil former (sub) humans. Luckily for Mr. Peaches, a good Samaritan witnessed the betrayal, and brought him to the shelter. And that means this is the year Mr. Peaches will find his true and loving forever home. He's about 3 1/2 years old, neutered, current on his vaccinations, and a friend to humans and nice kitties alike. Come meet your new best friend Mr. Peaches today!

Happy New Year!

Happy MEW Year! Can you believe another year is in the books? We're purring and praying that 2025 will be a year of peace, love, and other good things. We know for a fact that'll be the case for the 422 (now former) PAWS kitties who found their happily ever afters in 2024. If you follow our blog, chances are you'll recognize some of the faces in this collage of 144 of our friends (including our very own Target in the upper left corner) who are celebrating the new year in their forever homes!

 

While we're celebrating all of those adoptions (and many more!), what better time than now to share a few happy tales? Thank you to fellow PAWS volunteer Beth Siegelbaum, who compiles and edits the amazing and uplifting "Monthly Meow" newsletter for staff and volunteers. Selfies by Mallomar

Believe it or not, our adoptable friend Mallomar is even sweeter than her name. Just check out her beautiful selfies, and you'll see her loving purrsonality shining through!

 

Mallomar, who is about 3 years old, is a super gentle and affectionate kitty who found her way to PAWS after being rescued as a friendly stray. We don't know how she ended up on the streets, but her trusting and friendly demeanor make it clear she was previously someone's cat. Mallomar loves people and gets along with other nice kitties, and is spayed and current on her vaccinations. She's so ready to find her happily ever after. Selfies by Endora

Our wonderful and ultra adoptable friend Endora isn't just another pretty face. She also happens to be one of the sweetest cats around!

Endora, who is about 1 1/4 years old, recently gave birth to four beautiful kittens. She did a great job of weaning them, and now it's her turn to be some lucky family's beloved baby. Endora is super cuddly and very affectionate. She adores people and gets along well with other nice kitties. Endora is spayed, current on her vaccinations, and waiting at PAWS to find her happily ever after. Could it be with you?
