Kea's Sunday Selfie

Our adoptable friend Kea used to be so skittish around people and other cats. But this gorgeous ladycat is starting to make great strides! As you can see from her relaxed posture in these photos, she's figured out that the humans at PAWS and the other nice kitties in her room are friends, not foes. And that means a very pretty selfie of a very pretty cat. Way to go, Kea! 💖

Kea will blossom in a quieter home with an adopter who will be patient as she gets acclimated. She's about 2 years old, spayed, microchipped, current on her vaccinations, and negative for FIV and FeLV. She's ready to find the love of her life. How about you?

Zoey's Sunday Selfies

Our gorgeous and adoptable friend, Zoey, is still getting used to living at PAWS while she waits to be discovered by her forever family. For sensitive kitties like her, all of the unfamiliar sights, sounds, and smells at the shelter can be a bit overwhelming. But with time, and love and kindness from her human pals, Zoey is beginning to make some progress. As you can see, she even volunteered to take this week's selfies. 😸

Zoey is about 4 years old. She is spayed, microchipped, current on her vaccinations, and negative for FIV and FeLV. She would do best as a one and only kitty in a quieter home and an experienced cat owner. All she needs is the chance she so deserves. Come meet Zoey today!

(Almost) Wordless Wednesday - Mason having fun

Those of you who regularly visit our blog may remember our awesome and adoptable friend, Mason.

Mason is still waiting at PAWS to be discovered by his forever family, but as you can see from this video, he's not letting it get him down. According to him, as long as you have friends (and catnip bubbles), life at the shelter is actually pretty good. 😸

Easy Like Sunday Selfie - Smootie

Check out our adorable and adoptable new friend, Smootie. Although she's still pretty new here at PAWS, she's already settle right in, made herself comfortable, and even volunteered to be our model today. As you can see, she pawsitively rocked her selfies!

Smootie, who is about 2 1/2 years old, wound up at PAWS after being found as a stray. She's spayed, microchipped, current on her vaccinations, and negative for FIV and FeLV. She's very friendly, loves people, and gets along with other nice cats. Smootie is, as they say, the complete package. All she needs now is to be discovered by her forever family. Could that be you?

Our buddy Victor is super handsome, friendly, and playful. What's not to love about this adoptable bachelor?

Victor is about 5 years old. He loves hanging out with his human pals, especially if they're doling out attention, pets, and brushing. 😸 Victor is neutered, microchipped, current on his vaccinations, and negative for FIV and FeLV. Our new friend, Verna, is what you might call a renaissance cat. She does so many things well, from playing to relaxing on her human pals' laps, and from being pet to taking purrfect selfies, this beautiful dilute tortie can do it all. 😸

Verna is only about 1 1/2 years old. She's spayed, microchipped, current on her vaccinations, and negative for FIV and FeLV.  She would do best as your one and only, and in a quieter home without small children or other pets. Verna is all ready to find her happily ever after. Is it with you?
