Easy Like Sunday Selfie - Belinda

Meet our beautiful friend Belinda. This manx (tailless) tabby ended up at PAWS after her owner was seriously injured and could no longer take care of her. We can tell Belinda was well-loved in her former home; she's calm, trusting, gentle and affectionate. As you can see, she also takes a great selfie!

8 year-old Belinda loves people and gets along with other kitties. She's spayed, micro-chipped, current on her vaccinations and negative for FIV and FeLV.  Belinda also happens to be a serious lap cat. (Almost) Wordless Wednesday - Gromit

Senior mancat Gromit is the complete package! He's handsome, sweet and snuggly (he's a lapcat extraordinaire), and looking for a new best friend.

Gromit is about 12 years old. He's neutered, micro-chipped, current on his vaccinations, and has tested negative for FIV and FeLV. Gromit has very early stage kidney disease, and gets sub-q fluids every other day, but he wants everyone to know he's not ready to slow down quite yet, and still has lots of love to give to some lucky adopter. He also qualifies for the PAWS Senior Pension Plan, which includes: no adoption fee, an annual wellness exam, vaccinations and blood work analysis for free for the rest of his life. Here's our new friend, Purrcy, wishing everyone a happy Wednesday! Is she not adorable?😸

Purrcy is about 4 years old, spayed, micro-chipped, current on her vaccinations, and negative for FIV and FeLV. She's very friendly, playful and outgoing, loves to be petted, and enjoys spending time with her human pals. Purrcy is fine with other nice cats, but would be just as happy as your only kitty. This week, we had not one, but TWO handsome mancat volunteers step forward to show off their selfie and "Easy Like Sunday" skills. As you can see, both Ziti and Boop know how to work the camera.

Ziti is about 1 1/2. He's neutered, micro-chipped, current on his vaccinations, and negative for FIV and FeLV. He's still kind of new to us, but we can already see he's gentle and friendly, and loves people.

(Almost) Wordless Wednesday - Bella

Our pal Bella is a great kitty who got stuck with an undeserved bad rap. You see, this gorgeous girl prefers to be an only cat, so she always came across as being a bit crabby when she lived in a room with other PAWS felines. All that changed recently, when Bella was placed in her very own room. It's as though she's a different cat!

She loves when Tracey and I hang out in "The Bella Suite" (and we enjoy doing so). Bella enjoys being pet, partaking of the catnip, and playing with various toys (her favorite happens to be a ball point pen). 

She even climbed across our laps repeatedly this past weekend!

All this to say that we know Bella will be a wonderful and faithful best friend to whoever is lucky enough to adopt her. But just keep in mind that she really does want to be your one and only. :)

As mentioned, she is not a fan of other animals, but she does like humans and would be fine in a home with older children. Easy Like Sunday Selfie - Cleo :)

Today is the 3 year anniversary of the Sunday Selfies Blog Hop, hosted by our wonderful pals at the Cat on My Head (Concatulations to Mom Janet and the Kitties Blue on reaching this special milestone)! When we asked the PAWS cats who'd like to help us celebrate this special day, up stepped beautiful senior kitty Cleo. As you can see, this cheetah-esque ladycat really knows her way around a selfie...
