Sunday Selfies with Shadow

This is our super friendly new pal, Shadow. We think his name suits him perfectly.

For one, he's got that thick, luxurious housepanther fur.

Shadow also loves him some people, and has never met a lap he didn't like. This gentle giant literally "shadows" his human pals, just waiting for one of us to sit down, so that he can snuggle up for some love and attention. :)

Shadow loves company so much that we were lucky to get these snaps. We also have plenty of blurry outtakes of him walking straight at the camera/photographer for some buddy time. 😺

Shadow gets along well with other cats, but would be just as happy being your one and only. He is neutered, micro-chipped, current on his vaccinations, and negative for FIV and FeLV. He's about 11 1/2, and qualifies for the PAWS Senior Pension Plan, which includes: no adoption fee, an annual wellness exam, vaccinations and blood work analysis for free for the rest of his life. (Almost) Wordless Wednesday - Butterfly

Our gentle friend Butterfly is ready to flutter her way into some lucky adopter's heart and home!

Just look at her sweet face. And her beautiful markings. And those eyes! How can you not fall in love?

Butterfly is only about 5 1/2 years old. This precious ladycat is spayed, micro-chipped, current on her vaccinations and negative for FIV and FeLV. Cuddly and cute, she's become a favorite among the humans during the short time she's been at PAWS. Come meet her, and fall in love for yourself! 💖

Easy Like Selfie Sunday - May

Mayday! Mayday! Well, it might not be THAT kind of mayday, but we do hope our sweet friend May's (gotcha) day comes real soon. Isn't this little ladycat beautiful? As you can see, she's extremely photogenic, and adept at taking selfies.

May also happens to be pretty good at doing the whole "East Like Sunday Morning" thing. :)

May is about 2 years old, spayed, micro-chipped, current on her vaccinations, and negative for FIV and FeLV. She's gentle, gets along with other nice kitties, and loves being pet. May is still a little shy, but much of that has to do with the fact that she's still adjusting to life at the shelter. We have all the confidence in the world that her wonderful personality will blossom in a forever home. Is that with you? :)

(Almost) Wordless Wednesday - Ward

Hi there, everybuddy! I'm Ward, and I'm pretty new at PAWS. I was brought here after being found as a stray, and even though the people and other cats here are super nice, I'm hoping to be discovered by a forever family real soon.

I like everyone (and I do mean everyone) I meet, and love greeting the humans who come to visit me and my kitty roommates (who I get along with quite nicely, too).

I'm only about one year old, neutered, micro-chipped and current on my vaccinations. I'm also negative for FIV and FeLV. I'm sweet, playful and love attention, and would do well in almost any home.

In a nutshell, I'm all set and ready to fill some lucky adopter's life with a ton of love and happiness. Don't wait too long, okay? Come meet me today!

Happy Sunday, everybuddy! As you can see, cartoon Gracie and Zoe are here to let you know that this just so happens to be our 900th post.😺

These "milestone" number posts always kind of sneak up on us. Who would have imagined when Tracey started this little blog way back when that we'd still be at it all these years later? We certainly wouldn't be here without your love, friendship and support. Thank you all for always rooting for us, and for being such sources of encouragement, strength and joy. And for sharing in our lives and adventures, and in the stories about the amazing cats we're blessed to love and meet during the time we spend volunteering at PAWS.

Josie is about 10 years old, and is sweet as can be. She loves everyone she meets, and is (as you can see) a quintessential lap cat. Josie is spayed, micro-chipped, current on her vaccinations, and negative for FIV and FeLV. And all she wants is love. So ... got love? 😻

We're not kidding when we say that super lovable Benji and Jet Pack are brothers for life. In fact, these sweet, gentle and handsome orange mancats are so bonded that they MUST be adopted together. Just think how much love they'll bring to their lucky adopter!

Easy Like Sunday Selfies - That Cat

This is our new friend, That Cat. Her name may be a bit out of the ordinary, but we think it suits her perfectly. Because sweet and outgoing That Cat is definitely "all that, and a bag of chips." 😺

Found as a stray, this 3 year-old ladycat loves being pet, playing with the laser toy, and hanging with her human pals. That Cat is a pretty easygoing kitty, and would do really well in almost any home. She is spayed, micro-chipped, current on her vaccinations and negative for FIV and FeLV.
