You never know when your luck will change. Take adorable and adoptable Rikki, for instance. She was born on the streets of Norwalk, Connecticut to a feral mom. Rikki, her mom and her siblings were captured as part of a
Trap/Neuter/Return (TNR) effort. Since they were all extremely feral, the plan was to return them to their colony after their checkups, vaccinations, and spays. Things went exactly as planned for Rikki's mom and siblings. But fate stepped in when Rikki got a serious infection after her surgery. And believe it or not, that's when her luck changed for the better.
Let's just say that the time she spent recovering with the veterinary staff and her foster mom convinced Rikki that people are pretty cool. Foster Mom says this 6-month old cutie LOVES snuggling and belly rubs, playing with string toys and just chilling. She is also a great purrer, loves being held, and gives great kisses and head butts. Rikki is completely recovered from being sick, and is ready to find her happily ever after. She's spayed, micro-chipped, current on her vaccinations, and has tested negative for FIV and FeLV. Now all she needs is a forever family to love. Is it yours?
