(Almost) Wordless Wednesday - Shadow :)

Do you remember when we featured handsome Sparky a couple of weeks ago?  Do you also recall that we said he has an equally handsome brother named Shadow?

Well ... here's Shadow! :)

As previously mentioned, these sweet and gentle brothers must be adopted together. They're neutered, microchipped and up to date on all of their vaccinations. They've also tested negative for FIV and FeLV.

Won't you please help Sparky and Shadow find their very own happily (together) ever after?

(Almost) Wordless Wednesday - Creamsicle

Oh hi, everybuddy!  My name is Creamsicle, and I'm one of the awesome adoptable cats waiting at the shelter to find my forever home.

 

I like hanging out with my human friends, but my most favorite thing to do is play!

Handsome Creamsicle would like to be your one and only pet.  He's not exactly a lap cat, but he really DOES enjoy the company of the PAWS volunteers. And he's got one of the loudest purrs we've ever heard! You can read more about Creamsicle here.  And you can meet him at PAWS!

Of all the incredible rewards that come from volunteering at a shelter, one of the greatest is the privilege of loving the animals as they wait for their forever homes.  And it is such an honor when they love us back.  Such connections are real, so it's always a little bittersweet when any of "our" PAWS cats get adopted. We always miss the ones who "graduate," but any sadness is eclipsed by the joy of knowing that they have found their very own happily ever afters.  And with that, we bring you another exciting edition of FURever Home Friday!
