(Almost) Wordless Steinway

Our handsome and adoptable friend Steinway is such a sweetheart. Can you tell from these photos that he’s the bestest dude ever? We hope so, because he really and truly is.

Steinway is about 3 years old and already knows how to win hearts everywhere he goes. This curious boy loves chasing his favorite butterfly toy, watching Bird TV, and snuggling with his human pals. He’s even been known to play fetch when he's in the mood!

Steinway is a go-with-the-flow kitty -- happy to lounge near you while you work during the day, ready to show off his playful, silly side, and down to chill when it’s time to relax together after hours.

This affectionate mancat gets along well with other nice cats, is neutered, and is in great health. Steinway came to PAWS with some medical needs, his latest bloodwork is excellent -- he’s healthy, thriving, and ready for his happily ever after. All that’s missing now is his forever person. Could that be you? 🐾

Like our beloved Target, Steinway has tested positive for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus), but it's important to remember this does not mean he can't live a long and happy life. According to Best Friends Animal Society, "FIV-positive cats can live normal lives, both in quality and duration. They just need to be monitored for infections and dental issues. But if they’re well cared for, they can be healthy, happy, wonderful pets." FIV cannot be passed to other cats through casual contact, or by sharing food, water, or a litter box. Nor can it be passed to people or other pet species.

Selfies by Miss Kish

Check out our beautiful pal Kish! This lovely lady housepanther is as sweet and gentle as they come. She adores people, loves scritches under the chin, and when the mood strikes, she’s an unabashed lap cat with a nice, loud purr that will melt your heart.

Kish is about 2 ½ years old. She was first discovered as a friendly stray and brought into a home with another cat -- but Kish made it clear she’d much prefer the spotlight all to herself. She’s currently sharing space with some older kittens and doing pretty well, but we can tell she’d really shine as the one and only kitty in her forever home.

Kish is spayed, current on vaccinations, and ready to meet the lucky human who gets to be her BFF. With a sweet, gentle cat like Kish, who needs anyone else? Come meet her at PAWS today, and fall in love!

(Almost) Wordless Samoa

Check out our sweet, beautiful, and adoptable friend Samoa. With her soft colors and gentle expression, she turns heads and wins hearts wherever she goes. And she’s ready to bring a whole lot of love and joy into her new forever home.

Samoa, who is just one year old, came to PAWS as a 7-month-old kitten with her two siblings. They had been living outdoors and were being cared for by a kind family, who wanted to make sure the trio had the chance for safe, happy lives. When the shelter care team first picked her up, they quickly realized this young beauty was expecting kittens. She went into foster care, where she had five stunning little ones. She was a wonderful mom, and now that all of her babies have been adopted, it’s her turn to be someone’s beloved forever girl.

This gentle dilute calico loves people and gets along well with other nice cats -- especially her sweet roommate Cupcake. Wouldn't it be nice if they could be adopted together?

Samoa is spayed, current on her vaccinations, and read to find her happily ever after. Could that be with you?

Selfies by Croissant

Look who raised his paw to volunteer for this week's selfie. It's none other than our handsome and super duper snuggly new friend Croissant!

We're not joking about the part about "super duper snuggly," either. If he could, we're pretty certain Croissant would still be curled up in my lap right now. We were, in fact, lucky to get the two photos above ... he popped up immediately after this and claimed my lap as soon as I sat down.

Because Croissant is very new at PAWS, so we're still getting to know him. It's clear he adores people, and so far, he seems to be okay with the other cats in his room. If you're looking for love, this amazing and affectionate boy just may be the kitty for you. Come meet Croissant today!

(Almost) Wordless Ferdinand

Say hello to our big, beautiful buddy Ferdinand. This handsome boy has been through quite a journey, but you’d never know it by looking at him now!

Originally found wandering the streets, Ferdinand proved himself to be a true survivor. Back in November 2024, he was diagnosed with Feline Infectious Peritonitis (FIP) and immediately began antiviral treatment. Three months of treatment plus another three months of observation later, we got the best news ever… Ferdinand beat FIP!

Now fully cured and feeling fantastic, Ferdinand is ready to trade in his street-cat past for a loving forever home. He’s one year old, neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and rocking the most gorgeous tabby tuxedo you’ll want to snuggle up to every day.

This gentle giant loves people and gets along well with other nice cats, making him the perfect addition to many kinds of homes. Ferdinand has survived a lot, but what he’s really waiting for now is someone to love him for life. Could that be you? Come meet him at PAWS today!

Like our beloved Target, Ferdinand has tested positive for FIV (feline immunodeficiency virus), but it's important to remember this does not mean he can't live a long and happy life.

Sweet Brioche's Selfies

Our sweet and adoptable pal Brioche is such a special kitty. We’re so grateful that she found her way to PAWS just in time.

When Brioche first arrived, she seemed a little cranky, but what we couldn’t see was that she was actually very sick. During her spay surgery, the vet discovered a life-threatening uterine infection --
she wouldn’t have survived much longer on the streets. Thankfully, she received the care she needed, and now she’s feeling healthy and happy again. And what a transformation it’s been!

Brioche, who is about one year old, has blossomed into one of the sweetest, most affectionate cats you could ever meet. She absolutely loves people, adores getting pets and attention, and is a true lap cat through and through. She also enjoys the company of other nice kitties. Brioche is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated, and ready to start her new life with a family who will love her as much as she loves them. Come meet this little survivor and see for yourself -- she just might be the perfect addition to your home! 🐾💕
