(Almost) Wordless Wednesday - Zac

Who needs a lot of words, anyway, when you're as cute as our adoptable buddy, Zac?

1 1/2 year-old Zac is super friendly, sweet and playful. Don't let his perpetually surprised expression fool you; he's outgoing and loves hanging with (and being snuggled by) his human buddies. He's not so crazy about other cats, so he'd do best as your one and only kitty. Zac is neutered, microchipped, current on his vaccinations, and negative for FIV and FeLV. This handsome mancat is all dressed up (in his tuxedo. ha.) and ready to be discovered by his new BFF. Is it you?

Check out our brand new buddies, Max and Audrey. Adorable, aren't they? And super skilled at selfies AND the Easy, even at the young age of two!😸😺

Easy Like Sunday, Max-style
This bonded brother and sister find themselves at PAWS because their human had major surgery and could no longer care for them. As confusing as this must be for them, Max and Audrey have adjusted really well to being at the shelter. They are both extremely gentle, sweet and friendly. Max is neutered and Audrey is spayed, and they are both microchipped, current on their vaccinations, and negative for FIV and FeLV. These kitties are so ready to find their new forever family. Is it yours?

Here's our beautiful, sweet and adoptable friend Lacey, wishing everyone a happy Wednesday.

Lacey finds herself at PAWS after her family moved, and could not take her with them.😞 She is about 9 years old, spayed, microchipped, current on her vaccinations and negative for FIV and FeLV. We know a real happily ever after forever home is out there for Lacey. We sure hope it finds her soon.

Ruby's Sunday Selfies

Our beautiful friend, Ruby, was a little hesitant when we asked her to star in this week's Sunday selfies. It turns out she had no real season to be nervous. As you can see from her photos, this gorgeous ladycat has some serious skills. Oh, and check her paws ... Ruby has the coolest toesie markings ever!

Check out Ruby's coolio calico toesies!

Ruby is about two years old, and came to PAWS because the other cats in her former home were beating her up. Anyone who meets her can see instantly that she's not a fighter, so we're glad she's here, and that she'll be able to find a safe, peaceful, loving forever home. In the meantime, we're all enjoying getting to know this gentle and special spirit. Ruby loves people, and enjoys being pet and getting attention. She's spayed, microchipped, current on her vaccinations and negative for FIV and FeLV. All Ruby needs now is a loving, quiet home with a new best friend. Is it you?

(Almost) Wordless Wednesday - Baby Snapdragon

This little cutie is our buddy Snapdragon. This teeny mancat-in-the-making found his way to PAWS after he was found on his own, without a momma to take care of him. Fortunately, he's safe, warm and loved here. And being well (bottle) fed by the shelter's awesome feline coordinator, Ellen!

It will be a little while until Snapdragon is available for adoption, but we just couldn't resist sharing these photos of him. We hope they bring you a little joy, and put a smile on your face. Happy Wednesday!

(Almost) Wordless Wednesday - Mario

Meet our big and friendly pal Mario! He was a little shy when he first came to PAWS, but he's quickly figured out that the humans here are friends, not foes.😸

Handsome Mario is about one year old. He's neutered, microchipped, current on his vaccinations, and has tested negative for FIV and FeLV. Mario likes hanging with his human pals, and seems open in being friends with the other cats in his room. He'd also be fine as a one and only kitty. Looking for a new best friend? Paul's Sunday Selfies

It's Sunday, which means we're hopping along in the Sunday Selfies Blog Hop, hosted by our wonderful pals at The Cat on My Head. You may be wondering which PAWS kitty stepped up this week to show off its selfie skills. Well, wonder no more. It's our big and handsome buddy PAUL! 😺

Found as a stray, Paul is about 4 years old. This easygoing mancat is neutered, microchipped and current on his vaccinations. He adores people and loves getting pets and attention. He also gets along fine with other nice cats. Paul has tested positive for FIV, but it's important to remember this does not mean he can't live a long and happy life. According to Best Friends Animal Society, "FIV-positive cats can live normal lives, both in quality and duration. They just need to be monitored for infections and dental issues. But if they’re well cared for, they can be healthy, happy, wonderful pets." Paul is ready to find his happily ever after. Is it with you?
