(Almost) Wordless Wednesday - Purrcy

She's very friendly, playful and outgoing, loves to be petted, and enjoys spending time with her human pals. Purrcy is fine with other nice cats, but would be just as happy as your only kitty. Easy Like Sunday Selfie Mancats

This week, we had not one, but TWO handsome mancat volunteers step forward to show off their selfie and "Easy Like Sunday" skills. As you can see, both Ziti and Boop know how to work the camera.

Ziti is about 1 1/2. He's neutered, micro-chipped, current on his vaccinations, and negative for FIV and FeLV. He's still kind of new to us, but we can already see he's gentle and friendly, and loves people.

Not to be outdone, here's suave and silly Boop, showing off his best angles:

(Almost) Wordless Wednesday - Bella

Our pal Bella is a great kitty who got stuck with an undeserved bad rap. You see, this gorgeous girl prefers to be an only cat, so she always came across as being a bit crabby when she lived in a room with other PAWS felines. All that changed recently, when Bella was placed in her very own room. It's as though she's a different cat!

She loves when Tracey and I hang out in "The Bella Suite" (and we enjoy doing so). Bella enjoys being pet, partaking of the catnip, and playing with various toys (her favorite happens to be a ball point pen). 

She even climbed across our laps repeatedly this past weekend!

All this to say that we know Bella will be a wonderful and faithful best friend to whoever is lucky enough to adopt her. But just keep in mind that she really does want to be your one and only. :)

Easy Like Sunday Selfie - Cleo :)

Today is the 3 year anniversary of the Sunday Selfies Blog Hop, hosted by our wonderful pals at the Cat on My Head (Concatulations to Mom Janet and the Kitties Blue on reaching this special milestone)! When we asked the PAWS cats who'd like to help us celebrate this special day, up stepped beautiful senior kitty Cleo. As you can see, this cheetah-esque ladycat really knows her way around a selfie...

Cleo is about 13 years old, but is still super spry, spunky and young at heart. Meet our super adoptable friend, Zoe. Isn't she gorgeous? Look at that face. And those eyes!

Those who've visited our blog before may remember our beautiful and adoptable friend, Charlotte. This gorgeous calico ladycat is on the shy side, but is also incredibly sweet. Once she knows you're a friend, she loves attention, being pet, and even getting tummy rubs. She also takes a great selfie...

And she knows that Sunday is the purrfect day for doing the Easy thing...

Meet our beautiful new friend, Umka. We're not sure how she got her name (there's a foreign language cartoon from the late 1960s about a little white bear with the same name), but we do know THIS Umka is adorable, and as sweet as can be. 

Umka says: "Less photos, more cuddles and scritches, please!"

Umka is about 7 years old. This grey tiger tabby British Shorthair is spayed, micro-chipped, current on her vaccinations and negative for FIV and FeLV. She's on a special hypoallergenic rabbit diet, but is otherwise a healthy, happy ladycat. She's friendly, gentle, and talkative, and would do well in almost any home (including ones with children, nice cats or even nice dogs). To meet Umka is to love her. So come and meet her today!

Mio's Sunday Selfies :)

This is our super handsome new pal, Mio. He was (sadly) abandoned by his former owners, but is now safe and sound at PAWS while he's waiting to be discovered by his forever family.

Mio's still getting used to the sights, sound and smells of the shelter, but he's definitely a friendly dude. This outgoing mancat love attention, and enjoys hanging out with his human friends.
