Our new buddy, Rasputin, is flat out adorable. Seriously ... just look at that face! And he's one of the sweetest, most loving (and lovable) kitties we've ever met.
Found as a stray, this little guy has some special needs that will mean he'll need to find a special forever home. Either because of a previous injury, or a congenital birth defect, some of Rasputin's vertebrae are fused together, which translates into weakness in his lower body and back legs. He needs help expressing his bladder daily, and has the occasional "accident." But don't go feeling sorry for Rasputin, because he certainly doesn't feel sorry for himself!
Rasputin is full of energy, and simply exudes love, joy and happiness. Surely, it will take a special human to adopt him, but whoever that lucky person turns out to be will be paid back exponentially with Rasputin's devotion.
Rasputin is about six months old. He's neutered, micro-chipped, current on his vaccinations, and negative for FIV and FeLV. As mentioned, he is a special needs cat in need of a special forever family, but we know there is a home for every kitty at
PAWS. And there's one somewhere out there for Rasputin. Now we just have to help him find it. :)
