Easy Like Selfie Sunday :)

Our sweet, adorable and fun friend, Gaia, is this week's entrant in the always fun Sunday Selfies Blog Hop (hosted by our awesome pals at The Cat on My Head). Great job, Gaia!

And here's our handsome little buddy, Theodore, giving an excellent demonstration of how to do that "Easy Like Sunday Morning" thing. He may be young, but Theodore's got that relaxamicating thing down to an art. :)

FURever Home Friday! :)

We're always happy when Friday rolls around. But there's one kind of Friday we think is better than all the rest! You've probably guessed by now that it's time for the latest edition of FURever Home Friday, our periodic update about the lucky PAWS cats who've found their happily ever afters. There's a lot of exciting news to share, so let's get this party started! :)

Here are just some of the happy January graduates, including longtime resident Lucky!

February has been a pretty exciting month, too! You'll probably recognize a bunch of these wonderful kitties from previous posts. :)

Speaking of forever homes, let's end the post with a couple of Happy Tails Tales.

“We have renamed Panthro. We now call him Jinx. He has done beautifully and transitioned into the family very well. Our older cat Taz, accepted him very well. They play together nicely and they keep each other company. Jinx has been neutered and has had all of his shots.”

“Thank you for following up on Oreo. He has been a wonderful addition to our family and has accepted us lovingly. We had a wonderfully relaxing Valentine's Day, too (see photos)."

(Almost) Wordless Wednesday - Mancats!

There have been lots of exciting adoptions* at PAWS lately, but there are still plenty of awesome cats waiting to find their very own happily ever afters. Here are three of our adoptable buddies!

Patch is a really good boy. He's a little shy, but we happen to know that he loves catnip, treats and being brushed. When these things (and his favorite volunteers) are around, he really comes out of his shell. Patch (age 7.5) would do best in a quiet home with a human who will let him blossom as we know he will. :)

Gabe is a silly dude. He loves to play (though he's also pretty good at lounging around). It's a sight to behold when his inner kitten gets the best of him. Gabe (age 6) would do best in a home with humans who will play a lot with him, but who also understand that there are times when a mancat just wants to chill out alone. 

Rudy is a timid guy, but he has really come a long way in trusting humans. There was a time when none of the volunteers or staff could get close to him. Fortunately, Rudy (age 5) has figured out that being pet isn't so bad. With the right home, and patient humans, he'll gain more confidence and be a great best friend.

 All three of these mancats are neutered, micro-chipped, negative for FIV and FeLV, and current on their vaccinations. They all get along with other cats. Now they just need to find forever homes.

Selfies and an Easy SUNday

Time certainly seems to fly when you're having fun. Or during the weekend. Even though a new work week starts tomorrow, our adoptable cat pals at PAWS seem to be taking things in stride. Easy Like Selfie Valentine's (Sun) Day

Happy Valentine's Day from our sweet and gentle friend Ratatouille! Isn't she pretty? And didn't she do a great job with her entry for the Sunday Selfies Blog Hop?

Beautiful Stormy also sends you all some Valentine's Day love and joy. She's taking it easy, hanging out with her cat and human pals, and wishing for a happily ever after of her very own.

(Almost) Wordless Wednesday - Sister

Check out our sweet and beautiful new friend, Sister.

She gets along well with other cats, and she's okay with children.

She loves being pet, and likes to play when the mood strikes.

Without a doubt, this ladycat is awesome!

We're not sure how or why Sister ended up at PAWS, but we do know she'll make a great best friend for some lucky human(s). She's about 8 years old, spayed, micro-chipped, and current on her vaccinations. She has tested negative for FIV and FeLV. So, whaddya say? Can you help a Sister out? :)

Selfie, Sleepy Selfie, Sleepy Sunday

It's Sunday, and around here, that means it's time for a some selfies AND some snoozing. First, in the superior selfie category, here's our playful and adoptable pal, Letterman. 

And merging the genres of "Sunday Selfie" and "Easy Like Sunday" is beautiful Bella, who's also waiting to be discovered by her forever family.
