In our decades of volunteering at PAWS, we can count on one hand the times we've seen a cat with a smoke tabby fur like Anchovy. And we can tell you that the effect is even more special in person! Anchovy is a very sweet boy who was originally found and taken in as a kitten, and then (for some strange and ill-advised reason) released back outside. Thank goodness a good Samaritan found him and brought him to the shelter. He is such a love ... quiet, gentle, and loving. This nine month old can be a little shy with new people, but he warms up quickly. Once he does, he loves being pet and brushed, and purrs up a storm. Anchovy is neutered, current on his vaccinations, and ready to find his forever family. Could it be yours?

Oh dear, dad says he wants to rush right up there and nab this gorgeous guy. You're right- his furs are amazing. I wouldn't worry about what dad says so much if he wasn't planning a trip past you in the coming weeks. Guess I better be on my best behavior.

Such a pretty Boy! We had to cover Mom's eyes...he is much too handsome and we know that she would want him to join us...we think that 3 is enough! But he is gorgeous, we hope he finds his forever home soon!
