(Almost) Wordless Ginger Junior

There's something about an orange cat that makes people smile. So who better than our lovable, handsome, and adoptable pal Ginger Junior to brighten your day?

He's even sweeter than he looks in these photos! Ginger Junior is neutered, microchipped, current on his vaccinations, and available for adoption at PAWS

Selfies by Vince

We asked the shelter cats who wanted to pose for this week's selfies, and look who volunteered. It's our handsome and super awesome new buddy, Vince!

Vince came to PAWS after being found as a friendly stray, lovingly cared for by a community member who had been feeding him for months. When a spot finally opened up at the shelter, in came Vince. We're so glad he's here! We spent some time hanging out with him this weekend and it's clear that he adores people. Pets, attention, affection -- Vince is all in.

This two-year-old mancat is affectionate and wonderfully gentle. He's currently rooming with fellow good guys Oliver Twist and Toby Crackit (who we recently featured), proving he gets along well with other nice cats.

Vince is microchipped, neutered, and up to date on his vaccinations, so he’s all ready to find his forever home. Come meet him today, and fall in love!

It's Sunday, which means we're hopping along in the Sunday Selfies Blog Hop, hosted by our pals at The Cat On My Head. Be sure to check it out to see who else is hopping along (or to join in on the fun)!

They are so ready to find their new happily ever after together (they must go as a pair) ... come meet them today! 💖

Selfies by Goose

Meet Goose, an adorably handsome 2-year-old mancat with a heart of gold!

Goose was rescued after being tossed from a car in a McDonald’s parking lot. It’s impossible to understand how anyone could abandon an animal like that, especially one as incredibly sweet and gentle as Goose. Despite what he’s been through, he has nothing but love to give.

Goose absolutely adores people and happily soaks up pets, sweet talk, and attention. He’s affectionate, calm, and gets along well with other friendly cats. Spending time with him is such a treat (we had a great time with him this weekend!). He leans right into love like he was born for it!

This deserving boy is microchipped, vaccinated, and neutered, and more than ready to find his true happily ever after. If you’re looking for a loving companion who will cherish you endlessly, Goose might just be your perfect match. Come meet him at PAWS today!

Selfies by Honey Bunch

With a name like Honey Bunch, you'd probably think this gorgeous kitty is a genuine sweetheart. And you know what? You'd be absolutely correct!

Honey Bunch was one of several cats and dogs who were heartbreakingly left behind when their former people were evicted. We're told that PAWS already helped one of her former feline housemates find a new home. Now it’s Honey Bunch’s turn.

At just one year old, Honey Bunch is affectionate, playful, gentle, and wonderfully snuggly. She’s the kind of cat who leans right into you, perfectly content to soak up pets and attention. As a proof point, she happily curled up against us before posing for her photos. 💖 Honey Bunch is microchipped, vaccinated, spayed, and completely ready for her forever home. All she’s missing is a someone to love her as much as she loves them. Come meet Honey Bunch today!

Happy MEW Year!

Just as we seem to be every year, we're gobsmacked that it's already time to break out the new calendars.

Here are Ava and Target wishing everybuddy an excellent 2026.

Happy MEW Year! Here's hoping the coming year will be full of love, peace, and happiness. We know that will most certainly be the case for the 350 PAWS kitties who found their happily ever afters in 2025. If you follow our blog, chances are you'll recognize some of the faces in this collage of 79 (note: there are a couple of dupes -- can you spot them?) of our friends who are celebrating the New Year in their forever homes!

And what better time than now to share a few happy tales? Here are a few adoption updates from 2025, courtesy of fellow PAWS volunteer Beth Siegelbaum's wonderful and joy-inducing "Monthly Meow" newsletter for staff and volunteers. (Click on each image to enlarge.)

Congratulations to the PAWS Class of 2025 and their forever families! We wish all of them, and all of YOU, a year filled with happiness, good health, and love.

HAPPY MEW YEAR!

Ava, Target, Tracey, and Kevin (meowmeowmans)
