As you can see, our buddy Naomi is as cute as a button cuter than any old button could ever hope to be. :)
This pretty girl isn't really what we'd call a "people" cat (i.e. she likes hanging around us humans, but is still pretty timid, and she's not so sure she's down with being pet), but she LOVES other kitties. Oh, and catnip and playing, too.
Maybe your kitty needs a new best friend?
Naomi is about 5 1/2 years old, spayed, micro-chipped and current on her vaccinations. She has tested negative for FIV and FeLV. She gets along extremely well with other nice kitties, and would be a great addition to a home that's already owned by cats. Come meet Naomi at PAWS soon!

Wish I could take in another gorgeous cat like her. Unfortunately space constraints mean I can only have one cat for the time being. But once I move into a house - you can bet I'll get a second cat from a shelter!

One of my nephew cats feels the same way about people. He adores his cat siblings, tolerates his human mom (my sister), and prefers the rest of us to leave him alone.
Honestly, you can't really blame cats for at least wanting a break from people sometimes. Some days I think we all prefer the company of cats to humans. :-)
