It's Sunday, which means we're hopping along in the Sunday Selfies Blog Hop, hosted by our wonderful pals at The Cat on My Head. You may be wondering which PAWS kitty stepped up this week to show off its selfie skills. Well, wonder no more. It's our big and handsome buddy PAUL! 😺
Found as a stray, Paul is about 4 years old. This easygoing mancat is neutered, microchipped and current on his vaccinations. He adores people and loves getting pets and attention. He also gets along fine with other nice cats. Paul has tested positive for FIV, but it's important to remember this does not mean he can't live a long and happy life. According to
Best Friends Animal Society, "FIV-positive cats can live normal lives,
both in quality and
duration. They just need to be monitored for infections and dental
issues. But if they’re well cared for, they can be healthy, happy,
wonderful pets." Paul is ready to find his happily ever after. Is it with you?

What a handsome mancat Paul is! Almost too handsome...Mom is all OOooOOOOing and AAAaaaAAAaaing over him (she has a "thing" for tuxies). I am glad he is too far away to have a forever home here! We are purraying he finds a forever home soon!

Paul looks like he could be a relation to my sweetheart -- Erin the Cat Princess. Maybe they're distant cousins. Tuxie markings sure are striking. He's sure to have lots of lady cats and staff at the shelter cooing over him!
