Meet our friend, Gabby. Doesn't she have the sweetest face? Well, we can attest to the fact that she's got a super sweet personality to match.
4 1/2 year old Gabby is spayed, micro-chipped, current on her vaccinations and negative for FIV and FeLV. She's friendly and outgoing, and loves attention from her human buddies here at the shelter. Gabby ended up at PAWS when her former owners moved, and could no longer keep her (editor's note: we always have such a hard time understanding this, as we could never give up our pets.). She has never lived with other cats, so we're not sure how she would do in a multi-kitty household. But she's more than good with people, and would love to be your new best friend. Come meet Gabby today!💖
our mom doesn't think she could forgive herself if she had to leave any of us behind. we are sure glad that little Gabby is safe at PAWS until her for real forever home finds her. she sure is a sweetie! purrs,

Gabby does seem like a sweet girl, who got a tough break. I don't get people who abandon kitties like that either - I know my human would never do that.
ReplyDeleteMum could never give us up either.
ReplyDeleteWe purr this sweet kitty will get a home and purrson that will always love her.

Gabby's a lovely ladycat, we hope she finds her true forever home soon.
ReplyDeleteI know I couldn't leave the boys behind unless I was unable to care for them again, due to illness/injury or death of course. That said, it might have been an agonizing decision for Gabby's humans, I don't know, I don't know the circumstances.
Whatever the reason, she deserves a wonderful home and the boys are sending purrs that she finds it quickly.
Gabby is gorgeous! Not sure how her owners could give her up. I hope her next home is her true forever home.
ReplyDeleteA very pretty kitty!

Gabby, our mom says you remind her of our Lily Olivia with that calico stare you do so well. It breaks our hearts that your humans surrendered you, but we know you will get the best of love and care at PAWS, until your purrfect family finds you. Good luck, sweetie. ReplyDeleteI'm glad Gabby is healthy and fairly young. I'm hopeful that her stay a PAWS will be short!

ReplyDeleteDoes Gabby like to talk, hence her name? I hate when people have a life change and their cat/s aren't part of it. Would they leave their children behind?
ReplyDeleteShe's gorgeous! I can't imagine moving and not taking a pet behind either. Would you leave a child behind???

Look at those colors! Gabby is a beautiful girl. I'm so sorry that she was unable to stay with her former owners. I can't understand what makes people give up their pets either. I hope that Gabby finds a new forever home soon!

What a sweet calico cutie, It's always hard being displaced but I think she'll adjust quickly to a loving home. Nice and plump for winter snuggles too.

ReplyDeleteOnly the most hard-hearted person could resist that sweet face! I can't imagine giving up my kitties for anything ... but maybe Gabby's better off with the kind of person who would never give her up.
ReplyDeleteGabby looks gorgeous and we feel sure she will find a forever home soon. How anyone could give her up, we will never understand either! Love Darcy, Bingley, Fred and Helen X
ReplyDeleteI am so lucky that my mom took me from one house into another, when she separated from her boyfurriend and not leaving me behind and that I still can see her now that I am living with Granny. No one ever even thought about leaving without me. We hope that for you too, Gabby. Find a furrever home with people who really love you and no one will ever leave without you. Good Luck Pawkisses are on the way to achieve that real soon <3 <3 <3
