While her older sister Gracie snuggles on the couch with Mom Tracey and me, here's sweet young Ava, making sure she has a front row seat for Santa's impending arrival.

Animals deserve to be a part of a loving family. Our cocker spaniel, Lucy, was born on Christmas Eve and she thinks she rescued us. She just may be correct. I don't know what we would do without her.
