A Special Sunday Selfie - Angel Moosey

"The song is ended, but the melody lingers on…" – Irving Berlin

Never forgotten. Always loved.

It's been one year since we had to say our sad goodbyes to our beloved Moosey.

This beautiful portrait of Moosey was painted by Nellie the Cat's mom, Barb.

We love and miss you so much, sweet boy. But we know we will see you again, one fine day. Wait for us, okay?

We're taking part in the Sunday Selfies Blog Hop, sponsored by our good pals at The Cat on My Head blog. Be sure to visit to see who's hopping along this week, and/or to join in on the fun!

  1. We absolutely loved seeing Moosey today. He is one of the handsomest angels ever. We hope Fiona is behaving herself and not pestering him too much. Barb did the most stunning rendering of him. Thank you so much for sharing it. We know you miss him everyday...not just today, and love him as much as ever. Sending lots of love, Janet and the kitties

  28. These anniversaries are so hard. We remember all the time that's gone by that we aren't sharing with those we love, and that can make the grief all the more acute. Hope you're taking care of yourself today. I'll keep you in my thoughts.
