Look who raised his paw when we asked for volunteers for this week's selfie. It's friendly and handsome Avi!
Avi was in rough shape when he first arrived at PAWS. He was very overweight, his fur was matted, and he had sores on his belly. Poor dude. But we're happy to report Avi is doing super well -- his belly sores have been treated and healed, he's losing weight, and his plush coat is starting to grow back, mat-free!
Avi is about 8 years-old, neutered, and current on his vaccinations. He loves people, gets along with other nice cats, and is waiting to be discovered by his forever family. We sure hope it finds this amazing boy soon.

ReplyDeleteAvi, you have the same name as Mummy's cousin who crossed his Rainbow Bridge a few years ago. Like you, he was furry handsome (for a Human). We are so glad you have landed up at PAWS and hope that from there, it will be but a short step to the Most Wonderful Fur-ever Home, which you so clearly deserve. Purrs.
