(Almost) Wordless Best Buddy Bros

What's black and striped and handsome all over? Well, in this case, the answer is our sweet and adoptable pals Chip and Peter.

Chip
Peter

These gentle and friendly brothers ended up at PAWS after a family member developed a serious health issue. Chip and Peter had been in the same home since they were just three weeks old, so it took them a little while to get used to the unfamiliar sights, sounds, and smells at the shelter. But they are definitely getting there with lots of love and attention from the volunteers and staff. We know they'll flourish in a loving forever home. Chip and Peter are bonded, and must be adopted together. We say that's a win, since it means 2X the love and joy! Chip and Peter are neutered, current on their vaccinations, and ready to be find their happily ever after. Come meet them today!

  1. What absolutely gorgeous cat boys! Kitties who are brothers are so much fun! Tons of purrs from our kitties and from us, for Chip and Peter to get good homes!

  2. Dearest Kevin,
So glad to see that Chip and Peter made the transition from a loving home where serious health issues arose, to adapting to the shelter. Kudos to the staf who made that happen!!!
Hoping they will soon get adopted together as they need each other.
This exactly why I'm fighting to stay afloat, regardless the pain (up again because of that, as I cannot sleep) post accident.
Our three siblings of 17 years, 3 months and 10 days need me and it would break my heart to see them end up at the Humane Society or worse.
People have no idea what sibling bonding really means and how blessed we humans are to watch it develop from birth on!
It is double love for their humans to observe, happiness for being together and they love their humans.
    Hugs,
    Mariette

  8. What a handsome pair Chip and Peter are! Their beautiful black and tabby coats complement each other well.
We do hope they find a wonderful home together. I'm sure having each other has helped them navigate the changes they have had to deal with, too.
