Selfies by Remy

Handsome alert! Handsome alert! This week's selfies are brought to you by our awesome and adoptable friend Remy.

At just one year old, Remy has already seen a lot. He was rescued and brought to PAWS after being abandoned at a local transfer station. We cannot imagine how traumatic that was since his friendly nature belies the fact he had a home before. What we do know is that Remy is a really good boy who loves people and gets along with other cats. We also know he is neutered, current on his vaccinations, and negative for FIV and FeLV. Remy is waiting to be be discovered by his true forever family. We hope they find him soon.

We're participating today in the Sunday Selfies Blog Hop, hosted by our wonderful friends at The Cat on My Head. Be sure to check out who's hopping along and/or join in on the fun!

  19. It's so funny. I never thought of adopting a black cat until I met Ellie Mae because I saw something unbelievably beautiful in her eyes. Right now, I'd adopt Remy without a thought if I could (lived close enough to PAWS and could according to my lease, which limits cats at 2). I can tell he's like Ellie Mae - super special if you just give him a chance.

  21. Remy is very handsome (you know how I love black cats)>
He has that soulful look that Big Merp has, which while adding to his handsomeness, also belies that he has experienced a lot in his short life. I'm glad he's safe at PAWS now and hope he finds a home that loves and appreciates him.
