Remember our cute-as-a-button pal, Shadow, from last week? Just because she's still waiting for her happily ever after doesn't mean this petite sweetie hasn't been busy. What, you ask, has she been up to? Well, Shadow has been gaining in confidence, curling up in volunteers' laps, getting love AND perfecting her selfie skills. Check out these snaps, all taken while she was curled up on my lap. She''s 100% adorable! 😻
Shadow is about 4 year old, but because of her small stature, is often mistaken for a kitten. She's spayed, microchipped, current of her vaccinations, and negative for FIV and FeLV. Shadow gets along well with other nice cats, but would fine as your one and only ... as long as you're up for lots of quality lap time.
Oh, and in case you're wondering about that Easy video we mentioned in the title, here it is, courtesy of the awesome, adoptable cats in PAWS Room 5. In order of appearance: Daphne, Mindy, Gabby, Bunny, Cuddles, Naomi, Matt, and Miley.

ReplyDeleteLove the video this week—so many great cats chillin' out together, and showing how contented they are. Now shadow does have such cute kitten features, and kitten or not, I am sure she'll find a wonderful home with that beautiful face and charming personality.

Shadow is such a sweetie. She does look more kitten-ish than adult; we would think that would help her find her forever home sooner than later.
ReplyDeleteAnd we loved the video! That room is the best cat room ever; the kitties are lucky to be able to hang out in it and not only in tiny cages with no windows.

Wowy, I, too, thought she was a kitten. Mom says, "Big things come in small packages." I bet that holds true for lil' Shadow. Her ears and eyes are AMAZING! Winks.
