Easy Like Selfie Sunday - Mischief

This is our gentle friend, Mischief. We all fell in love with her the first time she gazed at us with those big, round eyes. And having gotten to know her, we can tell you that she has a sweet and beautiful personality to match.

Mischief loves everyone she meets, and adores snuggles, head scritches and just hanging out. Sadly, this gorgeous 16 year-old kitty ended up at PAWS because her former human felt she could no longer care for her. Mischief is spayed, micro-chipped and current on her vaccinations. She's negative for FIV and FeLV. She'll certainly be well-loved at the shelter, but so deserves to live out her golden years in a forever home. So, what do you say? Do you need a little Mischief in your life? :)

We're participating today in the Sunday Selfies Blog Hop, hosted by our beloved pals at The Cat on My Head. Be sure to visit to see who's hopping along and/or to join in on the fun!

  1. Mischief is so gorgeous. We can't even fathom her human giving her up. She certainly doesn't look 16. As we do with all the wonderful PAWS kitties, we'll be purring and praying for her. Thanks for sharing her and hopping. XOCK, Lily Olivia, Mauricio, Misty May, Giulietta, Fiona, Astrid, Lisbeth and Calista Jo

  5. It is so sad when a cat is given up so late in life. Mischief looks wonderful for her 16 years and I hope someone will give her a loving home for her golden years.

  6. What a beauty! I can't understand someone giving her away ... okay, I know this happens all the time, but I still don't understand it. When I chose to give Bear a home, that was for life. My love's for life. I hope she finds someone who feels the same about her - that's the least every cat deserves.

  18. Mischief is a beauty but it makes us sad to think that someone would relinquish a 16 yr old cat. We don't know the circumstances so it may have been all they could have done, but it still strikes a very sad chord all the way around. Purrs for Mischief.

  28. Thank you PAWS for giving Mischief a soft place to land in her advanced years .It must be such an adjustment for her to no longer be in her family home. We hope she finds a home and family that will spoil her a lot during the last years of her life. All our paws are crossed for your happily-ever-after sweet girl.
