(Almost) Wordless Wednesday - Nellie

Here's our pretty friend Nellie, enjoying some relaxation time on one of the shelter's ever-popular ESS scratchers.

Besides being a very photogenic model, Nellie is one of the most agile cats we know. She jumps so effortlessly that it sometimes appears she's floating.

Nellie may be a 12 years old, but the spring in her step and her saucy demeanor make it clear that she has many more years to live, and lots more love to give.

Nellie is spayed, micro-chipped and current on her vaccinations. She likes people, gets along with other cats, and has tested negative for FIV and FeLV. Now all she needs is a new best friend. Is it you? :)

    Binga and Boodie are both fun, playful kitties - and they are a few years older than Nellie, so that's proof that she's got MANY good years ahead of her.

    I just love those ESS scratchers. They provide both a bed AND exercise opportunities. The cats in our shelter love them, too!
