Our adorable friend Frijole was found wandering the streets, but this guy is no feral kitty. In fact, his snuggly and sweet nature makes us certain that he was somebody's cat at one point. Frijole loves laps, being pet and not having to worry about the issues that come with surviving outdoors. And just LOOK at that cute little tongue. :)
Frijole has some medical issues that are still being tended to, so he's not yet available to be adopted. UPDATE: Frijole IS available for adoption! :) He's about 10 years old, neutered, microchipped, and current on his vaccinations. He has tested positive for the
Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), but don't let that scare you off. FIV is
NOT a death sentence.
In fact, many FIV-positive cats like Frijole live long, healthy and happy
lives. Won't you come meet
this special guy today?
SOOOOOO glad this sweet boy found his way to you somehow.
ReplyDeleteWe are so bummed we missed the 700th post pawty! We wish you many happy days ahead! We love you all, and we are so sorry we've been such bad visitors. The Human is kind of reaching the conclusion that she is too old to work 50 hours a week AND have time for MY important needs--she needs to retire now. I'm working on her! XOXO
What a cutie Frijole is - and we love his name!
ReplyDeleteAWWWWW!!! What a Cutie He is!!

Fjijole is such an adorable kitty. I hope he gets better quickly, and he finds his own home soon.
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your sympathy at passing of our Kit. Your kind words mean a world to me. Thank you for your friendship and for helping homeless animals xoxo
Frijole is a precious thing. When our Madison found us he was so well-mannered, even though we knew he'd been wandering the neighborhood for six months, that we knew he'd had a family at one time. We purr and pray that Frijole gets the purrfect loving home when he's well enough.
ReplyDeleteWe are glad you are now in a safe place. Our kitty Popps tells us that life on the outside is very hard on a kitty b

He has the cutest face. He reminds me of Wilbur, our stray of long ago. He lived in the shadows, unreachable for 13 years. He had been left behind with his sister as kittens! His sister disappeared quickly. Wilbur, as we called him, hung around for years, never trusting. Until he got an eye infection. I saw it and he knew me from feeding him, so he gave up and let me help him. He never went back outside. He lived to be about 17. Wilbur was one of the sweetest guys ever. I still miss him. ❤
ReplyDeleteHe is so adorable! Purring that he's adopted quickly.
ReplyDeleteHe has a sweet mug that is for sure! Paws crossed that he finds his special home quickly. :)
