1-800-PetMeds generously gave us a $50 credit to try out their site. Look at what we found there! Our sweet senior, Sammy, loves laying on our comfy living room furniture. But because of his arthritis, it's been a while since he has been able to jump up on the sofa, chair, or ottoman without our help. But thanks to these nifty pet steps, now he can. As you can see, he figured out how to use them fairly quickly.

Shipping was fast; the pet steps arrived just a few days after we placed our order. We were so excited to find them. We always thought PetMeds only carried medications, but it turns out they also sell cat treats,
food, crates, catnip, pet health supplements, and some toys. Oh, and of course, pet steps. :)
The nice people there also gave us a $50 credit to buy something for PAWS. We ordered some Advantage II flea preventative for treating cats who are new to the shelter. Ordering was easy, and there was quite a selection. As with the steps, the shipment arrived in just a few days. I LOVE the steps! Mommy said she had steps for Admiral and Admiral loved using them for the last three years she was with us. They are wonderful things and I'm so glad you wrote about them.

ReplyDeleteI'm so glad Sammy can get to the ottoman once again! It's wonderful the things you can get to help sick or elderly pets. When we had Scamp and before he passed, he was having problems jumping up in bed at night so we purchased a pet ramp and I worked with him to walk up it...he was afraid...but he finally got the hang of it and was able to get in bed once more. After he was gone, we kept it and now it's still in my bedroom and Gino uses it every day! Sammy's a cutie! Cute picture of Moosey too!

ReplyDeleteHow wonderful of PetMeds! We are all still pretty young and agile so there isn't any need for the steps for now. Mommy did consider getting steps for Whisky but she worried that Whisky might trip and fall on her way down.

ReplyDeleteI love the steps... I wish we knew of them a few months ago.... when Alex stopped being able to jump at the end we moved furniture into the bathroom to create steps for him so he could reach the sink... these would have been perfect!
